We hope that you are happy with all the products that you receive from Little Pumpkin Books, however if you do wish to return a product, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy.
Standard full priced products (non-fault returns)
- Products can only be returned up to 14 days starting from the day after the expected delivery date.
- Products are returned at your own expense and you are responsible for all postage costs.
- All products must be unused, with the seal intact, undamaged and all in their original packaging and in a resell-able condition.
- All products remain your responsibility until they are received by Little Pumpkin Books, recorded delivery is advised.
- For all returns to be processed and refunded, please request a returns form via email at info@littlepumpkinbooks.co.uk this form must be completed and returned with your products.
- Products must be returned in their full sets as sold. Little Pumpkin Books cannot offer any refunds on the partial return of any sets.
- All refunds will not include any delivery charges that have been incurred.
- Once we receive your returned product it will be inspected to ensure that it has been returned in a resell-able condition. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and notify you if your return has been approved based on whether the product can be resold.
- If your return and refund has been approved your refund will be processed and your original payment method credited.
- Little Pumpkin Books will endeavour to process any returns within 3-5 working days upon receipt of return.
Sale Products
Only full priced items/products purchased can be returned and refunded, therefore unfortunately sale items/products purchased will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product we sincerely apologise in advance and ask that you contact us via email at info@littlepumpkinbooks.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We ask that clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product are included within this email. Once we receive and review your email we will arrange for an exchange of the defective or damaged product.
